A QUIET MIND  I  Give Me Peace Of Mind

A Message From Saint Germain

Along your spiritual path, you have encountered many disciplines designed to calm, balance, and develop a harmonious mind-body conjunction, including yoga, meditation, sound healing, incense, aromatherapy, candlelight, flowers, crystals, music, and deep sleep.

In this message, SAINT GERMAIN urges you to establish and maintain a regular daily practice of meditation, giving yourself time each morning and before dinner to enter a detached, thoughtless state—a personal sanctuary of calm and relaxation, separate from the demands of daily human life. Through meditation and the quiet mind, your consciousness becomes more accepting of spiritual wisdom and the healing transformation taking place within you.

SAINT GERMAIN describes this quiet mind as a gateway to emotional mastery and introduces transcendental meditation as a magnificent step, or possible leap, toward the wondrous and achievable state of pure consciousness beyond thought: a relaxed, peaceful space of suspended emptiness and pure consciousness.

Blessings,

Saint Germain
